Neil Chordia

Neil Chordia is an independent film producer and Head of Scripted at ie:entertainment. He has worked in the film industry for over 25 years across production, development, financing, sales and distribution, for companies such as United International Pictures, Myriad Pictures and Eclipse Films.

He was long-listed by BIFA for the Breakthrough Producer award in 2016 for his film “Urban Hymn”, directed by Michael Caton-Jones and starring Letitia Wright and Shirley Henderson.

Amongst other films Chordia has helped to produce are Kenneth Branagh’s “Sleuth” starring Michael Caine and Jude Law and Istvan Szabo’s “Being Julia”, starring Annette Bening and Jeremy Irons. During the pandemic he COVID Supervised Pablo Larrain’s “Spencer” starring Kristin Stewart and BBC drama “The Split” for Sister Pictures.

Chordia is a BAFTA member and a Screen Skills and Film London EAN mentor, as well as a Creative Enterprises Foundations mentor.
