Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly
Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly is a BIFA, BAFTA and Academy Award® nominated producer and founder of Sixty Six Pictures. A graduate of the National Film and Television School, Fodhla honed her craft making a number of commercials and short films, one of which, Head over Heels, premiered in Cannes and was nominated for an Oscar in 2013. Her debut feature Lady Macbeth, starring Florence Pugh as a young girl trapped in a loveless marriage to a man twice her age in 19th-century England, was widely critically acclaimed and was nominated for 15 BIFAs including Best British Independent Film, with Fodhla also nominated for the Best British Film and the Outstanding Debut BAFTAs alongside writer Alice Birch and director William Oldroyd. Her second feature film, My Generation starring Sir Michael Caine, premiered at the 2017 Venice Film Festival. Fodhla is currently producing, alongside See-Saw Films, Francis Lee’s (God’s Own Country) much-anticipated Ammonite starring Kate Winslet and Saoirse Ronan.
