BIFA were thrilled to welcome long listed filmmakers for the 2020 Best British Short Film Award to a very special Zoom event. Although we were apart, there was very much a spirit of togetherness, with help from supporters Champagne Taittinger and BFI Network. The filmmakers were joined by a panel of industry experts, who answered questions on how navigate the industry post BIFA recognition.
With help from Champagne Taittinger, BIFA were thrilled to raise a glass to the best new shorts – and most exciting new filmmakers – the UK has to offer.
